By doing business with CLEAN AF LLC you agree to the following Terms

Quality Guarantee

CLEANAF guarantees quality cleaning services that meet all pre-discussed expectations. if a client is unhappy with a service, we will send a team member(s) back to the residence and correct the issue. we must be notified within 24 hours of your appointment to honor this. no refunds will be given for services completed.

through a pre-cleaning questionnaire, clients’ expectations and specific needs are discussed prior to their first appointment.

Etiquette, Safety, & Sanitation

We require all of our team members to be respectful of their client’s space by cleaning with care and following avoiding any pre-determined guidelines that the client has established with the company. Our team uses clean microfiber cloths, paper towels, sponges & scrubber, and damp mop pads. We guarantee that all these items are sanitized between uses and will never be reused in an unsanitary state.

we also require our clients to be respectful of our staff and team members by abiding by the following guidelines:

a.) Clients are required to give our team members the proper space to complete their work

B.) Clients must be ready for our team to arrive by the appointment time. This means that clients will be fully dressed if home to answer the door or have set aside keys with the front desk or at a lockbox.

C.) Clients must provide a safe work environment for our team members that is free from mold, infestations, and dangerous objects.

Pets

we love pets and especially love making your homes CleanaF despite all the fur they may leave around!

our team will clean pet’s food bowls if you wish however we will not clean or touch any areas that may have pet excrement. also, please be advised that if your pets have fleas we will have to vacate the space and your appointment will be forfeited. this is for the safety of our team, their families, and our other clients.

if your pet is not good around other people or cleaning supplies (i.e. vacuums) please make arrangements so out team is able to work without interruption.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

all appointment cancellations or reschedules must be done at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. any last minute cancellations done less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a forfeit of that appointment.

if a client fails to be present for their appointment or to give proper instruction for entering the building without proper notice, that appointment will be forfeited. our team will contact the client through text and calls on the day-of and wait 15 minutes after the appointment start time.

Package cancellations must be done 14 days before the next renewal date. There are no refunds once a package has been purchased.
